How do I add an external bookkeeper or HR administrator?

  1. Go to Settings/Administrators

  2. Click on Add Administrator

  1. Select HR Permission if you are adding someone who should have access to People and Payroll information

  2. Select Bookkeeper if you are adding an accountant or someone who should have access to all financial information. Please note Bookkeepers can see financial data but the CANNOT move any money without a Company Admin's approval.
